Imagine you wake up one day and suddenly notice that your AC is not working, you are not able to turn on any lights .Will it change anything in your life ??? The answer to this simple question can be Yes or No based on how you look at this situation. Sure, you will get a break from checking your phone every 10 mins or you can get natural sunlight rather than dark yellow light in your house and many more but one thing that will definitely happen is you will check how soon electricity will come back , what are things that will get impacted may be cooking or basic household shores like vacuuming or simply charging your laptop this shows a fact that how electricity is getting ingrained as a basic need rather than a luxury. We talk about house and food as basic necessities but both are running by this phenomenon called electricity. Do you remember when was the last time you used mechanical tool than an electric one ??? like a hand cranked device rather than a mixer or a bamboo fan rather than portable electric one . We are surrounded by technology that improves our life , reduces the effort and provide the comfort we need by saving time. Guess what we need to run these technologies none other than our phenomenon(electricity) Forgot to mention the most important one, can we save anyones life without technologies like ventilator and electric diagnostics machine ?? All the questions lead to an answer that It's becoming evident that electricity can be categorized as basic need. As we progress through technology evolution, the need will keep on increasing and we have to meet this requirement without affecting the environment.
